Designed by noted course architect & PGA Tour professional Mark McCumber, this outstanding layout plays well for all skill levels. Timberton is Hattiesburg’s only 4.5 star rated golf course and is the leader in championship golf in South Mississippi. Since opening in July of 1991, Timberton Golf Club has consistently been recognized by all of golf’s most respected publications.

Since opening in 1991, Timberton has matured into one of the most desirable communities to live in the greater Hattiesburg area. Timberton is now pleased to introduce the LakeView Golf Community, offering spectacular views of Timberton’s championship course and private lakes. LakeView is designed with a French country flare and includes waterfront properties as well as properties both on and off the golf course.

Residents of LakeView Community enjoy exclusive use of a private short game area, complete with a regulation par 3 hole, featuring a USGA green and practice bunker. LakeView residents and members of Timberton Golf Club also gain access to a scenic nature trail ideal for walking or jogging.
