What people says about us
Timberton Golf Club is a championship golf course that is in great shape year round. Challenging enough for the pros but fun for all skill levels! Great scenery as well and the friendliest staff you will ever meet!
It is always a treat to play there it is always in great shape never once have I had any grips! Staff is friendly and very professional !
Well maintained, exclusive, woods intense, fairway inclines more tricky than you think. A perfect drive could roll into trouble. Must know course to maximize score.
Timberton is a beautiful yet challenging golf course. Hole #5 is one of the toughest par 4s I've ever played- a par feels like a birdie. The greens role true and the course is always well kept- highly recommend this place!
I love this course. I like to make the 75 minute drive from Slidell at least 2 or 3 times a summer. Very different layout than we are used to in the New Orleans metro area. the course is always in tip top shape and the greens have some very subtle breaks so if you aren't putting well....watch out!
I played in late January 2017 for the first time and found it to be nice surprise. The green speed and condition was very good for that time of year. It's challenging, yet fair. Green fee was a good value. I hope to play it again "in season".
